Anyone know where the bandit den trade npc is?

Ya, I looked a few times, yet never find him/her....

When you go into the east entrance, go to the side of the fort where you can walk into the fort. Don't run to the brige, but the little fort in the corner?
He's right over there.

Someone gimme a map so it's easier.
