Is power leveling illegal / How effective is it

Just a quick question for you lot.

1) Is power leveling illegal, like botting, because i read some posts somewhere about it being illegal, and I've read some of them being legal, and JoyMax or the GM's never addressed this.

2) Is it affective? By that I'm kind of asking how long would it take for a level 64 nuker to power level me from level 10ish to 50?

It isn't illegal.

[b]Not a clue how long it would take, but it IS effective. Did lvl 27-31 in a rough 3 hrs today.
