Today i was grinding in the nachels room in the cave, when a player sent a request to join his party i declined it and messaged him no response, i pmed him calling him a botter no response about 10 minutes later hes response with this...



This player probably won't get banned, but it shows that bots r back Joymax didn't really do much

thank you....soo much for this.....i always though JM cared and botters would stay away forever i really really did...but now..after this post.....i just don't know about anything anymore

People always have choices.

My choice is:

If i bot = More fun for me, but less fun for other people

If i dont bot = Bored of the game grinding....

Powerlevled = Pay real money, boring to watch the powerlelver to plevel you.....

SswordfishH is a botter too. I used to see him running amuck all over the ice. And I used to see him run by me all the time at the shades in the mid 40s.

Yes botters are back, I see them at scorpions in poseidon. I guess im going back go csro or ksro

Thats funny shit. Ever since I made a euro character and made a similar name to his, I have been getting pm's about him. Asking if I am him and what not. xD I am glad to see that the "nice super legit" everyone talks about isn't actually silv3rmage. xP

For your level it's most likely you have not seen to an extent how bad the bot problem is and how it has made the game very unbalanced. Once you get to higher levels (if you even get up to higher levels) you will notice how much they make the game unbalanced.


It may be their choice, but botting is clearly against the TOS and is a form of cheating and some people prefer to play the game without the aid of illegal 3rd party programs.


It matters when you can't find a grind spot because 2-3 botters w/ sosuns are killing all the monsters in one spot. If you ever been to takla makan you will notice that niya hunters/snipers, niya mages/shamans, and niya royal guards/generals are constantly packed with botters. Not to mention all the other gold farming/leveling bots in the lower level areas like at the bunwangs.

Also because of botters, there is a great unbalance in gears as well. Due to gold bots inflating the sro economy by selling gold, prices have gone way up on gear and sosun weps sell in the billions of gold which is very difficult for a legit player to get. Not to mention because botters can grind for much longer times then a legit player, they are more prone to find sosuns and some botters bot more than one character so their chances are greater. What this causes is a large number of botters with some if not full sosun sets and if you see high level pvp you will notice how much of a difference sosun makes.


A bot's advantage is they can grind for much more time then a normal person can. It's not just a couple of hours.


Some people do not think it's fair that for a free to play game you need to spend money just to connect. Age shouldn't matter or whether or not someone can and have the means to buy a premium ticket. Some just see premium ticket as a way for joymax to make money off a problem they should fix. Also it has been noticed after joymax modified the client a couple of days before the european update to where bots could not function, all servers were populated at all times so it's pretty obvious what is causing the server crowdedness problem, unless you still think bots are in no way affecting the game.

With a bot you can multiclient, a person, depending on their computer, could have like 3-5ish bots running at once. They play A LOT more than a couple hours, some people bot near 24/7. That causes the servers to be full, now how could that affect us I wonder? I just don't know! Pssshhh who need to log in to play mmos.

is not just the problem that you cant log in. Bots take up space in the game, take up the mobs, affect the economy, and other areas of the game which ruins it for the people who work hard.

If bots would't be there there would be more player to take up the space or if there weren't so many player they wouldn't open new servers, they want to sell premium tickets and the most efficient was of this is to keep servers crowded

ive seen there back couple of weeks ago, giving me random invites to a party and no one else around in my spot. Even in some spots in takla. PLaying the game is fun, but i dont want to make this game a career move for me. SOWRDFISH sez he dont want to have a Reumatiod arthtritis thats y he botted, so guess i would call it playing being lazy. Of course, for me, if i would see any person who has SOSUN in greece. I wont be surprised anymore. Still, at some point my char pawned a lvl 80 INT Sword with SOSUN sword 8D during a guild war, so its not bad at all that im still enjoying the game wether they botted or not.

you all bot haters realise that if there werent any bots there wodent be that much sos, som, sosun for you 2 buy dont you. i, my self play fear but i dont bother boters i just play the game, and sometimes trick boters on leaving all the items on the ground hehe

the thing is i don't really care atm and 70 to 80 % bots so and almost everyone 70+ bots unless they have been there since the beginning.
i botted 10 lvl's atm from my char.

My opinion is that if your gonna bot ok the one who bots is not gonna be as prouth of his char as someone who doesnt bot

Without bots sos/som/sosun items will drop at a normal rate and the game would be more balanced, especially since it's most likely that a botter is able to afford them over a legit which i explained in my last post.

Noone wants to spend countless hours grinding. Let's face it grinding was pretty Farking boring up until this last update (the new party mobs). Legits sit in front of there PC's 3hrs a day grinding. Now with the new skills we need to farm even more. 150k SP? thats about two months worth of farming. I already spent 9 months grinding to 76!!!

Silkroad quests are crap. It is all about collect me 200 of this, or kill x amount of monsters. When you grind in this game you feel like a god damn robot.


That being said...If you don't like to grind, then DON'T play the game. Theres no excuse for botting.


I honestly feel that Seal of star, moon and sun should be completely removed from the game. It really fucks everything up. If we didn't have SOX then D2A and all the other SUN noobs would be nothing, after all those guys builds are not any different then anyone else.

Hopefully you get banned and than you'll probably come some night and flame me with globals. Secondly yes i did white out what i said cuz i'd probably get banned for what i wrote but i still stand by it. Third grow up and take responsibilities for your own actions... "YOU" Not 70% of the server or 80% server YOU ruin the game. Doesn't matter how many people bot if you do it your part of them. If 80% of the world took a gun and blew there head off would you? i think we all know the answer(can't wait some one to make some dumb reply on the what i just wrote). So Don't blame anyone else but your self. You say you play the game for the love of it, but yet your the one reason why many ppl quit playing the game they love.
