no its the Ivy 1 quest, you spawn those things all the way back to const, after you capture a closier informant. lol, i saw two people get killed from mine.
They just spawn like a theif would on you as you take the informant back to the military camp, only these can attack whomever they feel like.

They will keep spawning until the either the timer runs out or the quest is turned in...

i saw a hycheon at the um wats it called ch'ntomb its on persia server and its not a monster scroll o.O ill post a pic later i gotta post it up at photobucket -.- oh and i dont think theres hycheon that rock monster thats slow theres no quest mobs of those it was normal so i dont think it was a quest

I just did that quest as well. I got to Constantinople and had to go eat, so I just sat there and let them spawn. They knocked me back from the gate to the river within 15 minutes O.o I ended up running out of time as I was running into the city lol.

now i feel like a dummy xD i didnt know those lvl 27 ,28 or 29 mobs i forgot there lvl but its around there they shouldnt should be at the lions >.> it was my frist time seeing them there
so i thought it was weird but thanks for clearing it up

its a capture quest when you walk back they spawn and you have to kill 15 of them
