there is this rogue skill where you get to like 'mirror' another character. so ppl used that mirror skill, go near ppl who are pvp and mirror a caper.

the question is, for a real caper, you automatically go into PvP mode. what about these fake capers? do you have to do an forced attack or even your client thinks that rogue in disguise is a real caper until you get murder/offender status?

People have been complaining about this for a long time.

When a rogue copies a caper, the game sends files that makes it so other clients think you really are a caper, hence other people in real capes will kill you and become murder without having to alt click.
They become a murderer because you aren't REALLY a caper, but you're so good at faking everyone thinks you are

He asked if ROGUES IN DISGUISE have to hold down alt to ATTACK.

Not to be attacked.

I dont know the real answer....

even though ppl can see the buff there is a move a rogue has where it forces another players to attack them

im not sure if it FORCES u to attack them...
think it just doesnt let u attack anyone else but yourself for a period of time.
