hi : JOYMAX banned my account because of a chargeback ( i did not do that chargeback it was paypal who hold my payments for more documents as usuall ) . Now I have a full access to my paypal account :

1-I send a new payment to joymax ( the firs payment were Reserved ) .

2-I contacted morningdew to unbann my account through their forum . ( she asked my to ask from paypal to send aconfirmation e-mail .

( and here is the problem ............. )

3- I called paypal phone . The girl from paypal told me that she can not send that kind of information ( !!!!!!!!!!!!! )..... she told me to send that confirmation e-mail ,I have to open a ( claim ) with my seller ( JOYMAX ) then paypal team can get involve in this problem and solve it.....

4- will, I opend a claim ( about 10 days ago ) and the status is still ( waiting for other paty responce ) .

Until this moment,, I do not know if that confirmation e-mail was sent to joymax or not!!!!

PAYPAL HELP TEAM DO NOT RESPONCE TO MY E-MAIL and IF I CALLED THEM THEY SAY THAT THEY CAN NOT SEND THAT CONFIRMATION E-mail.

dude, my tip is just to use ur parents CC (or ur own) because all paypal does is help scammers and screw u. They gotta make money somehow huh.

Anyway, this is a sad thing, that bitch on cellphone shouldnt say things she dont know about. Paypal can and must do anything for you since they actually stole the character from you (or from joymax, doesnt matter in law) because they made u chargeback without any knownledge about what could happen.

will, actually i have talked with 3 different girls from paypal . They all told me that ( WE CAN NOT PROVIDE THAT KIND OF INFORMATION TO YOUR SELLER SIR ) so I asked them WHY, they told me ( IT's FOR YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY ) or somthing like that....

and as you said ,its really obviously thAT PAYPAL TRY TO SCAM people, until now they did not response to my e-mails ( hundreds of them ) , its like they want me to put more money in my account or to do onther purches .....

all what I want now, is to solve my problem with joymax and unbanned my account ( lvl 80 ) then I will delete my paypal account for ever...................

This is one reason why I no longer use PayPal. They held over $3,000 from me and kept it away from me for 6 months before I could even touch it. They put my account in "Limited" Status thus I cannot take any money or put any money into PayPal.

Horrible service. They want to hold your money so they can get the interest off for themselves.

ok dude this happened to me once, and i was frustrated, i shall help you.

first, get the payment to paypal.

2nd pm morningdew to unban, she will ask for like a confirmation email from paypal.

3rd, call paypal, (i had to call 3 times) i know sometimes some paypal agents say they cant send email to seller, but keep calling, cause the first time i called paypal, they said they couldn't send a email to the seller too, but the 3rd time i was lucky to get another agent, and she sent an email to paypal saying that my payment has been paid, and the money is there etc...

4th wait, took me about 3 weeks, after i did all the process with paypal etc.
i was unbanned on sunday, and my other friend who was also banned due to chargeback was also unbanned on sunday.

and u shouldn't file a claim against joymax, so u should cancel it.


*also, you NEED to clearly explain your situation, to paypal, like "my payment was accidently reversed, joymax a gaming company which i sent the payment to banned my account because of the payment got reversed, and now i fully paid joymax, so can u send a email to the seller explaining that my payment is complete and they have the money and unban my account.

yesterday, i talked with paypal service team . a guy answerd me . he was so polite . I told him just send to joymax an e-mail that my last patment is ok and comlete and I did not make a chargeback for the first payment ( i also asked him to told them to unbann my account but hr says he can not ) . will he send it . and tosay ( just after one day ) I get back my main charecter......... ...........that was really coooooool.

but my second charecter is still banned, i think joymax team did not know about it or they just forget about it , i will try to contact morningdew in their forum and see whats happen..........
