I would have made a search on this, but these things seem to be under an ongoing change.
I have been wondering what the Hunter (in Triangular Conflict) gets? They get hired by Traders, but don't they get something from they're job? I heared there's a 10% of what trader gets when going from point A-B.

Thief ftw!!! Trading sucks now if your past lvl 40 and you have no hunter, thats when i get down to buisness

we once made a 5* star trade with a friend of mine, i was hunter. He got like 1.1 million profit and i got ~250k gold.

lol if your in the party with share on, you cant hunt for free unless you go away when they sell.

Does it actually take money fomr the trader to give the hunter, or do we get our own seperate >.>.

I never know how much the trader makes but even from low lvls the money is a few hundred k, considering I don't even do it for the gold and i'm poor its definatly nice lol.

The weekly gold after the job list updates its pretty sweet too, its like half of your contribution.

theiving isn't any fun either, i mean all the bloody waiting, me and a freind waited for almost 2 hours at the europe docks and not a single trader went by, i was talked into thieving, then we went to china to try out our luck there, ok we made a match party some lvl 45 str blader joins, ok that means we can handle our own a little, i was just 21 with my wizzard, since i've pvped 10 lvls above me and had a good partner i knew i could my nukes in if there we at a decent lvl, so me my partner and a guild mate and the random dude who joined, he took out a trader i saw leave full str glaive (5th degree glaive) and all the 5th degree garments, he died but took the trader out with him, not sure how that went out i was still south of jangnag went over was being fair it was huge load only took 50k, plus i didn't relaly want that many hunters to spawn on me, so after a after that mild moment, it was really really really boring we played chase the trader till we found they were 1 star, so in another 2 hours every single trader thru china east and west dock were all 1 star, well idk about the 8th degree garment trader i saw i just made sure he didn't see me, i tried theiving 1 more time after wards basicly alot less boring .

Look i don't plan on theiving again i'm a hunter at heart, and i have a trader, when i ever i trade i don't do that 1 star bs, its no fun for you, you don't make enough money to be worth the time it takes to get it pay off. Its basicly no fun for any one really. What alot of people don't get is now that there are 2 arenas, you're odds of being caught are alot less, and less people are jobbing making it the funnest time to go, because you don't know what you'll run into where as before you knew you were going to be killed by some 8th degree jerk at the jangang ferries. The reason less people are jobbing as hunters or thieves is because they are more afraid because you can't be a thief hiding as in lvl 20 gear killing chakji,.

anyways don't 1 star people what fun is that, i've made a decent amount of gold from a multi staring, at low lvls thats what the trade system was meant for , to make money not waste time,

to those who theive, on one hand i commend your patients and hard work, on the other hand you are still chose to become a theif a murder and steal and must be dealt with,

theiving is not for me, back to trading and hunting, seriously thats where the fun is at, but its only fun because there are theives

Brown hardly ever gets touched for some gay reason, usually when i see him theres a flock of nub traders trying to leach.

Well im also a hunter and i got 500 k outcome for a week (you can collect it at hunter guild).

you also get payed for every trade you help on even tho i dont know how much % of the traders profit this actualy is

lol, troy is a farkin bunch of thieves. gay thieves. you start a 5 star, get pointed for like 15 minutes, then some sun-glavie drives by. you own him, he reverses, uses mercs, you're down. always the same shit. i lost like 15 trades in 3 days, because the farkin noobs used mercs. -.-

i get 2k per 1 star trader, from the game

and usually get 300k at the end of the week

this week i only got 56k, but i didnt hunt much

Xian has their thieves We robbed BrowNiez a couple times already. However, last night we failed when they used 3 sets of mercs, while we only had 1 set.

But most of us are going back to the old Lvl5 guilds now so we should have 4-5 sets of mercs when going out for him

The last time we got 1.3mil, but there was still goods on the ground - but if you have ever seen 2mil++ goods on the ground you will understand why sometimes its better to get a few and HIDE! Standing there to take them all was crazy, maybe 3-5 minutes clicking.

During huge trades its usually the mercs which make the big difference. Who ever summons the most = winner

ahh man trading will be so fun on new server, get to lvl 24 asap and go trading, that'll be tense

Triangular Conflict Could have been fun if those noobs don't use mercs. It's like "I don't want to die my e-penis is bigger than him, I'll use mercs".

Well how does the game know that you helped a trade?
Anyways I'm still trying to find a good active job server with somebody who could help me out a little.

i dunno if this is right i couldve killed other thiefs but im pretty sre this is right i was lvl 20 and started to hunt for this lvl 20 aswell i killed 1 thief and died next week i went to get the payout and it was 900 gold por sumthing i think..

yea we jacked brownie he's not untouchable.... when us best thieves in xian unite and show good teamwork we can do 'mission impossible'.... but as Aust says, it takes mercs and good tactics to be successful, there are still many occasions when we fail, but its all fun and part of the game.

My wages for being 6th thief in contribution on xian are around 1m a week and obviously you add to that all the money you make off loots.

Thieving isnt about standing on one spot waiting for something to happen... i try to add stealth to it.... go to a city, unequip your shiney weapon, hide.... when you can confirm there is a trade thats jackable, follow SLOWLY, wait till they are clear of the city then own.
Alternativly, you ride a horse around the main trading routs... the more you thief the more familier you become of the best areas to look.

What annoys me are thieves that stand on the trade NPC, fully buffed standing next to the trader... thats just dumb and adds a good 15+mins to the time it will take for them to do anything....in fact sometimes the trader will just log out.... -.-

I have no idea what a hunter gets profit wise, but im sure that if your a good trader you get the most... followed by being a good thief... then lastly hunter.

...oh and xian needs no more thieves, it needs more traders

And Greece needs more hunters, although I think that some thieves turned hunter because there are few traders non-onestar and non-over40 going on.

I don't think hunters get gold off the traders they protect, rather have an extra profit. But I'm almost sure the more hunters per trader, the less gold is gained. I don't know, I'm a trader.
