Japanese IP's are blocked for iSRO, you can only play jSRO.

I can tell you that there are people who are jealous that you can only play jSRO now.

I guess that would be the case. I tried it for surfing a couple of times and at least for free proxies there is most likely a downside like traffic restrictions, slow speed and the like. After all there is not much to gain for the people that pay for the whole ordeal.
