Of course it does.

While executing the game an error occured.
Sending a report of the error helps the developers of the game.
Would you like to send the report?

The content is pretty clear. Not clear is why we get those errors, just crashed myself some minutes ago, and if they actually do something about it if we send those reports.

It's basically like the error you sometimes receive when one of your program crashes in windows. It will pop up a window with a report compiled with data concerning your system and whatever errors it drew from the app and asks you whether or not you want to send it to [insert recipient here.] The ???? error is just one of those lovely crash reports and this won't be the first time you'll see it. I can promise you that.
