Hey how many graduates does it take to get each type of honor buff or is it based on points. I'm not sure because it's not in the purchase/sell honor items area at storage so how do you get the buffs?

Well i have 2 graduates and from both of those I have 48 honor points but I'm still not ranked. IMO it may have to do with how many honor points you have instead of how many graduates you have but I can't really confirm that. The rest comes down to how you rank over other players to which buffs you get.
