BOREDOM WARNING: I'm at college, without being able to go home for now and bored to death. Take all that together and combine it with unrestricted acess to SRF and an internet connection, and I'm good. If you couldn't care less about the stories in the game, do not read any further.

This is a general summary about what is happening when you're doing the quests on Silkroad. By combining research done with information given by monster descriptions, Quest NPC stories and other stuff, I was able to summarize what is happening on each region of the Silkroad.



A long time ago, at the lush green lands of China, one of the greatest battles was fought. The fighters were General Sonhyeon of Jangan and the leader of the Tiger Mountan bandits, the Tiger Woman. This battle ended ultimately with the defeat of Tiger Woman, and Sonhyeon was free to retire and teach the new adventurers the basics on adventuring.

At the present time, someone summoned a horde of ghosts which now infest the whole Chinese Empire. DeLuo FaWang, a sorcerer that created the perfect Gangsi (Zombie servant), was blamed for the happening, but no one actually knows who done the summoning. The surroundings of the chinese capital of Jangan were haunted, and the Tiger Woman returned to the world on a ghostly form, from that day on hauting the whole of Tiger Mountain. As if ghosts weren't enought, at the sighting of their fallen leader, the Tiger Bandits started to attack the caravans of the Silkroad and met the soldiers of Jangan blade to blade. This war has yet to be over.

On the opposite end of Silkroad, Eastern Europe, the villagers were facing a lot of problems with beings of the other world. A portal between the Human World and the Other World was opened, and trough it came many monsters and deamons. One of those deamons, Hagiajoe Dow, took over the control of the villages that existed away from the great capital of Constantinople, and turned them into his servants. These servants, now known as the Barbaroi tribe, conquered most of Eastern Europe and installed a reign of terror.

One artifact from, called Ares' Spear was brought by the Brontes from the Other World. The Barbaroi went after it, so that the dominion of Hagiajoe Dow would become even stronger. It's comming also allowed Cerberus to come to the Human World for limited times, and even the people on Constantinople started feeling uneasy. A great darkness engulfed the lands.

Uhh, not everyone is the same ya know, ppl at college don't ALWAYS party 24/7 and stuff, for all you know he juist got back form a party, or is about to goto class or something like that.

Programming class, already finished the exercises and my ride doesn't come for the next half an hour.

I myself spent the latter part of a decade in college. Don't ever grow up. The real world sucks!!!!! Party your ass off while you can. Do Drugs, Get drunk, Get laid!!!! Bang as many chicks s you possibly can!! take my word for it, your wife will not enjoy 3 other chicks in bed with you (If she does, more power to you). Get freaky and enjoy your youth while you can!!! Be the life of the party...you only live once!!!!!



BTW...even though i partied my ass off and spent 10 years and alot of my own money (my family was poor) i still walked away with a double bachelors, a masters, a 3 semesters of doctorate work towards a PHD in psych! And for the record, it was a huge waste of my time (besides for all the partying) since i am now a software programmer. If you can find the correlation between bach. psych, bach. electronic music composition, masters science psych and computers, i will give you a cookie!!!!!
PS...i make almost as much as a doctor now anyway!!!!lol

there was a nice story about silkroad, well wrote on silkroadtaverns , ive readed it about 1 year ago, maybe its still there, yet i am lazy to go somewhere xD, but still if u wanna find something really worth reading go on, and search for it, its just like harry potter book xD

These stories weren't made up for me, it's what you can figure by reading NPC quest stories, monster descriptions at the official site, etc.


I used to write a fan fiction too on some brazilian forums I was a mod but it closed, and I don't feel like doing the translation job to english. At least not for now. I got many fans with that
