well i heard my fries saying, oh he has loot, he can spawn his lvl NPC's :s

it was a bug and its now fixed so its not going to happen again

Load your transport with goods, and watch the (hunter) NPCs spawn.

You never no someones intentions when they ask a question, either way, there is not need for such a response foudre.

Answer, there is no 'button' to make them spawn, they spawn randomly IF and when you have loot in your transport.
