not gona accuse anything but, does he have illegal chinese slaves to lvl him 24/7? 
legit grinding > bot grinding but bot grinding can be done for a longgg time whereas he at least sleeps....kudos if he beat out all the botters to 80, prolly needs hella farming now.

He prolly means Odin...
Oasis already got a 2handed lvl 80, a cleric lvl 80 and a roque lvl80.. Prolly already some more xD ( the 2handed did a 36k crit on a pure int full sosun, she died in 1 hit and was kinda mad then xD )

Unless he stayed up day and night grinding his ass off, hes a botter.
And i think the first level 80 was shiNLa, hes been top since the first time i saw him, and on rev6 hes top (but rev6 isn't updated much), by the time i was 14, shiNLa was like 7x, but shiNLa is in PlayM8s, and PlayM8s doesn't even try to hide they bot, my brother is in the guild, and on guild/union chat, they ask eachother wheres the best place to bot and stuff like that.

This guy really is lvl 80.
shiNLa and wixxedsoul are lvl 79. ( I know, we are all in union/friends, and take your assumptions about us elsewhere )
To be honest, all the high levels on odins are npc geared, gimped out guys- but I can tell you this, some of them ARE legits- a very small amount.

Im 65 on odin and I take shifts with my brother, 5-6 hours each ^^
Having no life during the summer DOES have its rewards. but leveling now is a pain in the ass, I dont think the two of us can make 80 for another 2-3 months....

Not having a life in the summer is actually quite normal for children, since theyre on Summer Vacation and all that, but if school started, I'd put more attention on that than playing a game for 5-6 hours day!

5 days left till school- then Ill just job for fun, lvl 65-68 is still a high level and fun to play with no matter what ^^
