first off how do u increase it what stone

and my som +3 shield has a br of 17 can i make it higer

critical for weapon or shield?
for weapon its courage stone.
not sure about block ratio.

No it isnt courage...

It is challenge for critical onm weapon.

On shields, you can add critical blue, which i understand cancels out the "Blocking Ratio" blue on the attacking weapon.

Blocking Ratio blue on a weapon is supposed to make the enemies shield block less.

0% to 100% yes you can make it higher but you can also make it lower.

Don't know at which level your shield is but i'd keep it at 17 if it isn't 6th degree or higher.

umm dude 17 block rate is pretty good, thats nearly 1/5 of all hits will be stoped, dont' screw with it, but you can get block rate blues on other items of course to help add to it, there is a stone for it i've had tabs before but i forgot the name

ill keep it at 17 btw does som +3 do any thing for the br

being SOM increases the max for br i believe...so a normal shield is 20br=100% SOM can go past 20, 17 is good though i wouldnt mess with it. I have wasted over 50 agi stones on my 72 before and never got it past 16
