Nah, hyugno ghosts are really hard at 23, mainly because the weapon he's using is probably going out of date... I'd say stick with ghost/devil bugs doing the quests till ya lvl up

On my bow char i did hun ghost zombie things until 27.... Then Devil/Demon Horses until 30... Then earth,gun ghost small thinmgs....

I hate grinding on orange mobs..... Its slow
