Well technically yes, but not by these leechers. Also, for those wondering Spiderman's not even a retexture, as that texture was actually a test texture left in by Joymax.

A GM was actually using that skin like a long time ago, someone posted a screenshot before the age of the "pk2" editing.

Didn't know that a GM used it however I do believe it was used for the first texture swap and a screenshot was posted by Moogie in the "Silkroad Reskins" thread:
