look at the garment legs were its not legs but skirt and look at the bottom
i cba SS it look for urself its on 7 and 8 dg legs maybe even 6dg not sure but it looks gay when u run,,

Nothing changed about the garment legs since the update. Maybe your graphic settings changed give that a look.

Check out options>video> Dynamic animation ( all the way at the bottom)

Really, nothing about the garms has changed.
