It's caused because the angel wing stops any sort of equipment (including the "pajamas") from rendering while you wear it to prevent them from poking through while at the same time, it doesn't stop your body from rendering (like with the thief suit) because of the possibility of you wearing a cape, which hides hats and avatar items. Funny thing is it is not really that explicit. The main reason that ISRO does not have it is for the prudes here in the US and yahoo!'s pg13 market value. Frankly I see racier stuff on tv regularly. If joymax wants it to be a pajama party by default they should at least offer the option to switch it off. I remember the first time they misspatched it people were running around naked all day. Really not that shocking. But it looked better than the PJs.
