Anyone on your server bragging about duplicating?

I raise this question cos for one, the amount of 8th Deg Weapons on Athens appears to have grown somewhat. Also while having a bit of smack talk with some well know Sun weapon users at DW east they were bragging about duplication and who has the originals.

BTW this came about after a lot of p*ss taking about how much Astral and Immortal they must have spent to +9 these things, then they suggested that maybe it wasnt 'their' cash to spend....which leads to think its even more ccf'd items.

If this is true, and i tend to believe it is and that they have duped weapons, then surely a server roll back will ensue? Id much rather they banned these people along with their weapons! Im no Sun hater, and i got a lot of respect for some people i know for a fact earnt their Sun or had a drop and are no arrogant sh*tbags about it.

Its hard to duplicate items at the moment. I dont think there will be a server rollback anytime soon.

A guy came up to me offering if I wanted him to duplicated my SoS Blade. Something with a stallnetwork bug he said, I didn't really listened to him since there are way too much scammers getting attracted by the blade who all ensure me they can either way duplicated it or turn it into a SoSun. -.-

yeah I know this trick, he,ll try to get you stalling it outside the town. never open a stall outside a town! or just dont open it with stallnetwork

Yeah, that trick leaves you with a false icon in your inv that disappears when you teleport.

Meh. His pretty story had 'scam' written all over. And yea he did asked me to stall outta town. I usually play along and try to get money off these idiots.

He was even so stupid to drop his bow that he "copied", which my rabbit immediently picked up. Hah. But that's okay, he had another one anyways. :roll:

Does it matter what gold is attached to the "item" like stalling for one gold or stalling for 1mill?

I had a guy attempt this on me a few nights ago. I ignored him and went off to grind since with my sos+5 s/s set I get requests to scam me all the time. =/

I wasn't sure how this worked, but its amazing that it leaves a false item in your inventory and gives the buyer the real one. I am sure people have stolen sets after that first fake duplicate trick, as they original owner gets greedy and tries to copy the rest of his stuff.
