What is the base guide line you follow?
I mean I see a HUGE bump of price from +2 to +3 for weapon and another one from +3 to +4 and so on
while with armours, garments, protectors the +3 doesnt even sell...wth
so im wondering what basic guide lines do you follow when you stall?
(i know there are a few/one stall price guide but i just want to hear it from living people )
Thanks

i wonder if people will actually use the item i'm about to sell, then check stall network and price it a little lower than the cheapest there.

99.9% of all the drops i find, i npc, sometimes with int 3 or str 3.
Only weapons with high crit i stall, mostly too lazy to stall anything else.

I npc damn near everything as anything not full blue and +4~+7 just doesn't seem to sell. I probably won't stall again until the 90 cap.
As for pricing, I dunno, I just do it in my head. Simple guide line... if you needed the item, how much would you be willing to pay for it?

i dont stall i consider it a wast of time, i can play only 4hours a day i wont spend it on stalls, so i sell everything to npc that i dont need and keep all sos i have even if its not really worth it

I leave my stall open all night and on mercury anyway a lot of people play during non North American time zones so it sells decently well. I would never stall during my play time just when I sleep.
I npc all normal items unless its a popular weapon with decent stats then I try to sell blues in the stall but if I can't sell it after a few nights I just npc it. No loss to me in trying.

I use the stallnetwork to find similar items and see what the price is for them. If I'm still not sure I ask in guildchat.
I usually price my stuff a bit cheaper, though.
Always register in stallnetwork.

That case.. Ask a highlvl friend, go to the pvp area where the highlvls are showing off and perhaps there's a kind one that can help you.
Or post in Marketplace on SRF for a pricecheck.

i wouldnt sorry so much about the pricing or are you the kind of person that would get upset cos you missed out on 10/100k when selling an item? ive always told my guildies to sell the item for whatever its worth to them. But if anything, knowing your sales price is just something that comes with practice and soon enough you will know what sells and what wont sell. And its even easier now with stall network to check and compare prices.
I really pick and choose what i want to sell and its very rare i will sell something without doing a little bit of work to try and maximise profit. Most stuff gets broken down for elements.

All my crappy drops go to the NPC. The rest i stall for 2 to 3 times the price i would get at the npc. I always register in the stall network. I also always stall near storage. You would not believe what my pet can loot in 1 nite.

What lvl is the gear you are selling? What are you selling?
What makes yours different from what you see in the stall network?
Did you make the gear or buy it?
And don't listen to anyone who says not to stall or to npc items. Look in my signature and read the guide.

I dont lol. I pickup everything (mash G) and then sell it when I die. Literally everything. If it's not better than what i've got equipped. It goes to the NPC. I'm level 25 now and i've made just over 2mil doing that. (I dont sell elixirs SOS etc, i just store it ^^. Infact i'll screenshot my storage at somepoint, it's a pretty sight.)
Also, im 9lvl gapping. So I pickup a lot over 1 level.

I normally just price my items a little cheaper than others, depending on stats, and use the stall network. I aslo give the stall unusual names like "Chicken and Beer" or "Free box of cheese with every purchase".

Best thing to do i think is if you got any drops which sux degree 4-5 what i tend to do is use destroyer rondo and hope i get wind 4 or water 4 (most of the times you do)and these go for 2-3k a piece try it,It works.

Well, i just do this, i get an item, and compare it to the NPC's price.. and.. i.. uhm.. ok
Example:
I find a level 26 glavier, i go to town when I'm out of pots or something, i check the price of the lvl 24 glavier, and lets say the lvl 24 glavie is 20k, i make the level 26 glavie 30-35k, maybe a bit higher or lower depending on the crit/damage

Basically depends on my activity in the past week. Since NPC buying prices are low, and chinese players are a-plenty, if I haven't been stalling my drops and have a huge pileup, I just sell of the crap from it at half price, and leave the good items for self-use, or normal price selling. This is, of course, unless these items are 2/3/4d, in which case i destroy them. Statted items always get stalled since you can sell em high and they sell that night almost guaranteed

Yes it does help thanks
Well unfortunately with the powerlevling boom right now this market that you are in is kinda in the dumps. Most people who can afford it(its there second character) are just powerlevling into degree 6. So they wont spend the money on lower level gear.
With that be said you should always try to sell high. If it doesn't sell in a week drop the price.
The only time you should start with a low price is if you have something else to stall and need room.
Always stall when you aren't actually playing. Overnight, at work, doing homework etc. If people cant see your goods, they will never be able to buy it.
And for god sakes read my guide cause most of the people in this thread will never be able to afford the good shit, if they follow there own advice.
