how do i reallocate skill points

i made a couple of mistakes on my lvl 17 wizard regarding skill point distribution, how and when will i be able to redistribute?

When you turn lvl 20 you can get a quest from Nun Ritaldi in Constantinople. You pick up the quest item, turn it in for skill realocation potions, then pay a small amount of gold for each skill you take back.

thanks, btw i can also take back mastery levels too right? thats what i mostly messed up on ;(

Of course. You can completely erase all skills and go with another skill tree if you wanted. I went from blade to bow

The ones from the potion people give back 60% of the sp, if you want 100% or just not want to spend in-game gold you can buy them from the item mall too.
