Okay so I somehow decided to oddly wake up at 3:58am and decide to log on Silkroad to see if I could kill some time by PVPing. And at the time I had xfire up and running, so five minutes later my game crashes with the xfire exception window. So I thought "Well that's nothing new." So I logged off of xfire and logged on Silkroad again. Connecting..connected, great now I'm at the character screen, but once I start my character and 2 seconds after the loading screen Hotan "tries" to load and instantly closes down with the most common ??? error. And just for the hell of it I tried one last time with all settings on low to see if that will fix the problem, and it does the same thing. Now I'm getting worried that I won't ever be able to play again if this keeps up. :[ Because I'm almost level 40 just 10% more to go. I got this far, now let's help me get even futher.

Xfire doesnt crash your game.. Xfire just shows the error!

And dnno what you got.. Just log in

ya people say xfire causes the errors but it really is xfire, i mean even back when played swbf and crashed servers for the fun of it, i would sometimes get the xfire error, even if i knew it was the game that coudlnt handle my server crashing, like 10% of time xfire would show the error, normally the game woudl just crash, though i'm normally the one leaving server and causing game to crash so it woudlnt' happen to me, but when rich played the role i could get the xfire error eve if i know that xfire didn't cause it, though i doubt any one here plays swbf or knows what game it s from acronym i wont' say how to server crash, thats still up to the crash team , as we'd wear in our in game name tags when we'd go crashing

xfire crashed my silkroad too many times, i finally ended up ditching xfire.

its fuckin true, it does **** up sro.

i thought this to begin with, i ditched it too and problems still occured so.....i doubt its xfire's fault.

Xfire Intrupets The ???? Error its not xfire actully causing it
when ever a game crashes without an error sent Xfire displays that

I had the same problem and I think i know the solution to your problem.
Just try to move away from the spot you are standing.
It helped me and my master.
