Lag in JG,DW..but not in Hotan :s

This is soooo weird.
I was pvping in JG for like 3 days and I was having huge skill delays, I thought it's the usual Silkroad lag, so didn't bother.

Then I think its time for grinding, I goto Hotan and start grinding, AND NO SKILL DELAY, well yeah there is, but really little and I can bare it.

I think of going to DW and pvping there too, And I got skill delay there too:@:@:@.

Really stupid. Anyways else experiencing the same?
Happened a long time ago too, turned out to be Joymax's fault :@

Probably the spam bots in the towns that lag you.. net lags

I dont think so, i get 150 ping avg in other online games

Yeah..played today morning when servers are populated. skill delay in DW and JG still there, but not as much as it is when servers are crowded :@..

Not ideal for pvp though cuz using two chains can have an interval of 1.5 seconds
