Bow vs rouge: Bow uses combos of arrow uses the skill that knocksback +bird+raneg buff + ice shield = win

Int nuker= Castle wall+mana shield +phantom grass walk = combos ks/kd = win

i think a farmed ice blader with snow shield would kill a rogue easily since rogue loses 75% of its defense and hp to do more dmg

any blader will be able to tank a rogue to death even without snow shield, just need a high blocking ratio on your shield and hope the rogue's weapon does not have a crit above 15

doesnt matter what build you are useing just use ice wall when they attack you they kill the ice wall not you that also gives you a chance to hit them

Most replies seem to suggest that the rogue is just standing there taking hits, or that the rogue has CE or DD activated lol. o_O

Not to mention that the rogue could also have a sub-mastery- Cleric, for example. If it were a xbow rogue, the huge range would be a big plus, and as soon as the player gets close, I'd imagine Bless Spell would be activated in order to tank the hits better. And Holy Word/Spell would make them immune to freezing, burning, or shock.

Activating Ice Wall would be effective if the rogue was in close range, but a ranged rogue could destroy the wall and get in a few hits in. Not all rogues are dagger-only. o.O

Well, point being- a smart rogue will most likely win.

level 80 blader with +3 gear (average +), str 3 on all peices (average str), parry 30% (average parry) and a block 18 shield (standard for a blader) with snow shield level 1 (20%) and castle shield maxed.

you will tank the 1st hit no problem. put up castle shield, and the rogue's damage is useless. knockdown stab stab stab or knockdown knockdown and the rogue is dead.

rogue is over rated. any average blader can tank one. they crit 20k average on a glavier. thats 15k crits on a blade. str blader has 20k hp easy. after the 1st hit, anyone with half a brain can put up the shield skill.

blader is the anti rogue.

First hit wins that is if the rogue has the dmg increases kill on.

The one that has stun and knockback.

you want to be rogue proof? wear armor and str

you can' t use ice wall to be immune to rogue what rogue is stupid enough to attack, and who's stupid enough to just ice wall out in the middle of no where, may work in cape fights but thats about it

and as a rogue you can selectly take that dagger buff off, unstealth attack remove buff tank it out, or scud away and try to repeat, also the XBOWXTREME well more then makes up for the lowered hp and defense with the major damage boost


sheild and armor are you best ways to be anti rogue, block rate extra defense, and anti melee defense

20k crt avarge glavier? lol fresh 72 crts glavier for 20-24k with +4 dags
my rogue with skills at 76(76lvl char with 27strs in gear) daggers +5
hit glavier for 14-15k...
actually killing 80lvl blader isnt so hard trust me...

best char vs hi lvl rogue(with skills at least at 76lvl) is heavy int hybrid
with 15k hp sun spear+7/+9 in sun prot set +5 in 50% ms
i cant 1hit him and if he stuns me im dead...

atm there is nothing to discuss cuz:
1. there is no fully farmed rogue with fully farmed subclass
2. u keep fighting with rogues maybe they are 80 but they got their masteries at 72 = they have no 3tier set on their azz and mostly they dont have pimped 2nd tier set

we all need to wait till ppl get hi lvl finish their sets and finish farmin...

There is no such thing as "Rogue" proof. Yes block helps. Defense doesnt matter. You cannot survive 25-50K hit. The maximum HP right now is roughly 22K on a STR Glaiver.

If you want to even have a chance you have to KD, Stun or KB the rogue once it attacks you.

Blader definitely i don't know why ppl keep saying that Ice Wall helps cause it doesn't you 'd know tha if you actually tried it cause its ever worked against me...

Bladers have the highest chance to make it, no question. The thing about bladers is you're gonn ahve to to choose between being good at doing dmg or defending. Fire/light/bich are required, but then you have ice for mroe def and dforce for much better PVP dmg. a cold/fire/light/bich blader will have the highest chance of surviving, then a force/fire/light/bich blader

There is no best its how you control and the combos that you use.
A int can take on 3 strs if he had teh right strategy

on pacific i pvp juey, who is lvl 78 farm up to 75 rogue with full blue gears
i am lvl 79 blader with skills up to lvl 73, in pvp i beat him 3:0, the only time he beat me was when i didnt even kno we were fighting, but when we agree to pvp, i use ice wall+ snow shield+ castle shield first hit and euro shouldnt be a problem killng, but if you fight in teams u cannot do this, so eur would win in team but no in 1 v 1. And if your fighting int euros that can also do a lota damage in that 1 skill, use firewall, and ther damage wont damge u anyting at all

the best is islam hybrid int with claws, and earth genie summon

and yes, ice walll does work, dont believe me come to pacific il show u how to use ice wall and firewall against euro

but with my lv.30 blader i was able to kill a lv.35 rogue
he went stealth
and i went with the ice wall, he hits it and then i ice chain his ass1 then KD, stab,castle shield, ice chain KD,stab and boom hes dead
we PVP 3 times and i killed him twice
he killed me once when i was barely setting up the ice wall, he crit me the some crazy shit1 and i was dead >>

Timing that's the hard part.
