Silkroad Online Forums

First, I know this is wrong forum but hardly anyone see in the others parts of this forum...

Ok, this is a problem that one friend have:

He enter in the silkroad, in the login screen... He puts login and pass and when he hit "connect" the client just close like that.

I have tried to pm him in game, nothing, he wasn't online... I myself have tried to enter in game using his id/ps and my client just close, no verification code...

None of us use a bot or other ilegal program to log in. Any ideias why this problem?

maybe you and him must reinstall sro ,restart the comp or restart the client 2-3 times only to try it.

One more information that I have to add:

One guy from my union have ask me to check if he have been banned for chargeback because that could be the cause of the problem...

Well, He is slleping now, I will try tomorrow to see if can be something about that...In the meanwhile, I will try to search here about that "Chargeback" thing...

yeah it will do that if you have a chargeback issue it did that 2 me. it gave me the ??? box every time i tried to log in. just try to login into the main silkroad page, it'll let you know.
