Is it me, or is it harder to pvp at lower lvls with a warlock. Idk if it is just that i am weak, or because im lvl 28, fighiting people in their high 30's.

I think I have it down :

Debuff skills
stun
status moves
and then the two main attacks.
( I throw in the skill that makes their pots not work as well too)

Idk, glavies my lvl come up to me after im done razing and stunned, and 1 hit me, or they just dont die.

Also, in my really low lvls (4-6) I accidently add str vs int. * so used to my rogue :P Would that hurt me alot or little?

Btw, all npc gear, lvl 24 rod. Thanks for the input

Also, im up for some suggestions on how to fight, thanks :D

1st of all, npc gear + lvl 24 rod is whats hurting you. Your fighting glaviers that are a higher lvl than you. When people are a higher lvl than you + have better gear than you *as its easier to find chinese gear* your always gonna have a hard time.

Also i know i don't have experience at it, but wouldn't is be smarter to stun 1st, then de buff?

Also, you have to consider that euro's aren't made for 1v1 pvp, so your always gonna find it harder.

well i get the part of the npc gear, im cheap :P and focusing money into pimping the gear on my rogue, this is a fun account

i do stun at first, same thing. However I have found that if I start at a distance away from them, start debuffing, then when they are pissed , i stun *lol* and then hopefully start attacking.

But ya , i think the npc gear is hurting the most.

That was actually done on purpose. The ability for a Chinese char to acquire sox a lot easier compensates for the Euro's "over powered state". Thats why euro sox items only go up to 6th degree, so its not a liable excuse to complain about.

and the 5 sec delay compares to 15 sec delay.
All of these disadvantages make me wonder should i get my rouge to 80 or should i go back to my 70 blader :(

For a rogue, if your worried about the 15 second delay as a rogue, then idk if you should be rogue. Its a hit and run build, not tank build :D

I know, im starting to get a good grip on how to take down specific builds with differnt skills.

That guy didn't know what he was talking about.

But SoX gear for euros currently stops at 6D, and you can ask any euro 60+ if there is honor SoX gears, and there isn't. That is not because of balancing the game. It is either from an incomplete update, where seal items were not included, or maybe because the drop rate was dramatically decreased on the SoX drops....but I am sure someone would have found 8D SoX by now, so that's not it.

No one has commented so far so we can't really know the reason.

On topic, you suck at PvP because you don't have the better skills yet and probably because stun is a little weird and doesn't last the whole 5 secs sometimes for some unknown reason.

i have seen some rouge in pvp with level 80 full sosun glavie set and i mean full sosun from head to toe. Rouge does like 1-2k damage each hit while glavie hit 10k+. :banghead:
let say on the 90 cap when there'll be 76 sox and weapon. and
like hm..whoever said that euro sox stop at 6 degree.

No, euro sox above 6th degreee simply doesn't exist. Until someone can show me PROOF of a euro soz above 6th degree, it simply doesn't exist for this cap. Note a picture is not proof, nor a video, due to pk2. Actually in game proof that i can see with my own 2 eyes.

And think about it, why do you think the drop rate for 8th degree sun was increased before the euro update then set back lower the day of the euro update? Its because euros are over powered. They do insane damage, so as a way of counter balancing this they made it so at the cap, Chinese players have better gears, which allows for a more balanced pvp between euros and Chinese chars. Geez without greater gears, Chinese characters don't stand a chance, literally.

And until you can prove what i just said wrong, don't say stuff like "That guy didn't know what he was talking about".

cast Trap spell and slumber and if target goes into sleep, you can do anything and target won't wake up unless Trap explodes.

debuff+curses+mini-nuke= they might die without even getting a chance to hit back at you

pvp isn't that great at low levels... but if you are looking for the most fair fight look around mid to high levels... again pvp is all about the gear. @ 8d you wont' find a fair fight tho since all suns/ +55 str/int gears... and if you don't have the money to make you are sort of screwed.

Adding a few point into str will not hurt you in the longrun. But i've said this times a plenty warlock works as a good side skill or as a support build.

Lots of people do pure str fighter with warlock sub ... they do well in PvP

anyways GL with your build

Ya, I know pvp is made for higher lvls, thats why I like to pvp with the 56 rogue lol.

However, warlock pvp can be quite amusing lol

I think your main problem is the npc gear. Have you seen Fug_Dup's Warlock guide? You may find some information that can help you.

Also, im going to get on the warlock, and take a screenshot of his stats.

As a cleric, I always check Stall Network for equipment pieces that will improve my int. Even if it's only 1int improvement, I will buy it (though I do have money from my chinese so I guess you'd have to pick better). It really helps me when grinding, and should help you on PvP too (not much for Clerics to PvP with).

Pure INT warlock in pvp is pretty weak.
Even with nukes your defense is low. It is worse than a wizard because wizard can go invisible and has damage absorb skills.

Warlock has no defensive skills. Advance Reflect will only work if your taking damage. Pure INT has no defense (robes) or HP.

Warlock is better for an assist character in PvE. If you want to PvP, your going to have a hard time. I suggest you start over.

Warlock has a defense skill... well at least something like this. he can lower the attack power of enemies. it just sucks that holyword makes you immune to all debuffs and this fire shield of chinese chars works against debuffs as well. i think even bards have something against it and almost everyone is using bard or cleric as subclass.. so thats the reason why warlocks are weak in pvp... debuffs are as important for warlocks as buffs are for other masteries. giving other players skills that make them totaly immune to it is just stupid imo...

Most players are not inmune to bleed, dull and other status that a warlock can set.

My 68 warlock does pretty well tbh. I need block tho to kill but that's ok.

Stun / 5 debuff's then stun again ... if by then the Toxin+Cruse ain't killed the person, I use the 2 nukes + 2 life leeches.

Will kill anyone my lvl if I stun + block.

It's relatively 50/50 tho.

I think you have a different interpretation of defensive skills.

Pure INT Warlock will DIE in a a few hits from anything.
Low HP, Low Defense.

DOT's dont work unless your alive.
If a cleric uses holy spell which reduced all curse effects, your curses are useless.
