Anyone else noticed that the bargain times are really gay for european players?

Just look at the times;

Quote:

7:00 am
10:00 am
13:00 pm
16:00 pm

for 20 minutes

So normally i'm doing ticked first and then go trading.. But the bargain sales are always ended by that time... When I trade in the evening I can never buy bargain sale ( not that I can 'cuz i'm a hunter.. But my traders.. )

Imo the bargain times are gay for the european people imo!
