Someone in joymax usa office cooperate with scamers/hackers group named "JoymaxFanClub". One week ago i was contact them due to paypal payments error. My problem was fixed but yesterday someone changed my account password. Today i see my account here:

I give away my account name (without password and by phone) only to one guy from joymax to resolve my payment problem. And after this i lost my account. I cant prove it. But i also cant find anything on my pc. And in last movie they telling "sponsored by joymax usa"! Any helpful tips for me?

People get hacked all the time, people who dont bot, people who dont share their info and people who take average precautions. I have known too many of them because I ASK people questions before I go running off at the mouth about things I dont know about.

JM can't manage SRO, cant stop bots, cant stop gold buyers, cant stop scammers, cant stop bugs but for some reason some of you seem to think they are stellar at stopping hacking. If you belive that, I have a bridge for you to buy.

Everyone says this but its not true... If that really WAS the only way people could get hacked then half the hacked users out there would still be playing. They're called hackers for a reason and they'll do anything to get your information. Yeah of course they can get your info if you just tell them (which no one with a right mind would do) but im pretty sure they have other ways in those evil souls of theres :twisted:

I will try to contact same guy there and ask him about my account. Its not hi-lvl account (only 38lv and ~30m). I also chargeback my payment in paypal.

Buying silk for premium ticket because i cant login (too many bots?). Then problems with reciving payment by joymax. They fixed this but I lost my account. Nice company. I will go back to wow.

there are meny ways to get hacked. if you were in the video, then you got hacked for downloading a fake bot with a keylogger in it. watch the video and you can see why those people got hacked.

hackers/scammers have been using this lame excuse for a while already, most of these people probably got hacked due to fake emails from joymax.

Srsly... I play MMORPG for like 5-6 years and i didn't got hacked/scammed in those years... Ye i admit it i almost lost my acc info several times, but i never got hacked/scammed... Just use friggin' brains ffs & everything will be okay...

no, only people who leak their account info get hacked, whether you know you did or not (keyloggers).
and for hacking your account "by other means" i assume you mean hacking Joymax's database, well, the people who acutally could do something like this probably dont give a sh1t about some noob SRO account, infact, they prob dont give a sh1t about SRO. they would more than likely be getting movies and games prerelease, or worse stealing valuable things or cash from companies. if by some weird chance they did play SRO, why wouldn't they hack themselves up some nice full farmed characters, full sun with 10bil gold, seems more fun than screwing some lvl 25 poor azz noob. but whatever, i stand by getting hacked is the users fault
