Another quick question. If you are lvl. 31 and you have lvl 30 skills and you delevel your characters actual lvl., not the mastery lvl. Lets say you become lvl 24. Can you still max out the skills that are at lvl. 30?

u can use the lvl 30 skills but im not sure if you cna actually learn new lvl 30 skills if you delvld to 24

as long as the mastery is lvl 30, then you'll be able to learn any lvl 30 skills. Skills are based only on mastery lvl, not char lvl
