There is no best build but what build owns what. Hi i from pacific server earlier i was watching pvp buy pure in nuker with armor and pure str blader with protector they keept fighting but no one lost.They decided to stop fighting because it was a waste of pots lol so could u guy honestly tell me what build owns other? No flaming plz =P

pure str wizzard owns pure str sword
pure int rouge owns pure int blade
pure int glavie owns pure ptr warlock
pure str bard owns pure int bow
pure int warrior owns pure str spear

it all depends on

gear
premiums
buffs

there is no rule about which one is better than what

Any build will own every build if the user use it right and any build is own by everyone if user don't use it right.. In other words it depends on the user..

I heard the Roc's build is pretty good, even better than LY's.

...yeah, Roc is pure STR Bird-Dragon. Dragons are immune to magic and birds...they just have sharp talons!

the concept is good but in the end you will regret it.

the pure str blade is in my opinion best build silkroad has and i guess joymax agree since they are making that build more and more effective.

In my oppinion:

Farmed > Unfarmed
SUN > No SUN

It is hard to figure out, but... some builds do better against others assuming same gear/ gap etc.

Though gap, gear, pt, wings, honor buffs have more of an effect overall.

Also garms, protector, or armor have a big effect as well.
If you are fighting a pure str character you want to be in armor. If you are fighting a pure int you want garms.

If a pure int fights a glavier and the glavier crits he will win. If the glavier doesn't crit and doesn't knock back or stun to much the nuker will win.

However if it is a int hybrid who can withstand the crit but still deal enough damage then the int will always win.

So now you have the perfect hp for fighting a glavier.

Now you fight a bladder. Bladders hit for less damage then a glavier so you have sacrificed your damage output for excess hp and you are now in a pot battle because the bladder has more defense.

Also the shield makes a huge difference. Lets say out of the blue a cleric around your level offers on you. If you block you live, If you don't you die. So with the bichon passive having a shield increases survival by about 25%

any build can can kill and be kill.
if u have sun set u will probably be kill only by other sun user...or if it is 1 vs. 5 ......i have seen players with sun weapons getting 1 hit by euro wizzard......i'm gussing they only have sun weapon not full sun set.

chinese int s/s pwns str bow at low levels

I can kill any build my level with no problems
(mana skin + iron skin and can beat anything)

I only have problems with Blader .... When we fight
he has 70% the chance of winning .... tho , it takes time that
he kills me .... but I have hard time killing him coz he's spamming
pots ....

I think it will change when I hit 80 ... then dunno how much hp will he
have but I know I'll deal more dmg , so pots wont be able
to fill his hp that fast ....

Cleric can own em with full sun if he gets his hit first
Rogue can own em with full sun if he gets his hit first
Wizard can own em with full sun if he gets his hit first

Making an assumption that a particular char race should be optimized as a particular build just by looking at their weapons is a mistake. Step back, take a deep breath, and look at the overall picture. Chi chars have the access to a flexible skill tree system, equipments that are char lvl based (and not mastery based), and imbue skill which enables simultaneous phy and mag based damage.

The argument comparing euro and chi, and that euro should be pure (which is often the case, except for a few builds that could justify being hybrid) and chi should be hybrid is an exercise in futility. It's comparing apples and oranges -.-.

Pure int and you tank less but deal more damage, pure str and you tank more, hybrid falls in between and is up to your preference as to which ratio or balance you feel suits your game style, your equipment choices, your mastery choices, your metagame. For example, you might say being pure int nuker chi deals alot of damage, so why not go pure int wizard instead? Well, pure int chi nuker can tank with the appropriate gear (armor against phy damage, garm against mag damage, prot for balance defense) no restriction on choices of armor, have shorter pot use cooldown, access to passives and skills that compensate for their lack of phy defense and hp. All in all, a pure int chi nuker is able to tank better than a pure int wizard.

Euro chars work extremely well, and benefit in teamplay. Chinese chars offers flexibility in char builds, and can be very versatile, so they are able to hold on their own individually.
