A friend of mine got pissed off at JM and gave me his lvl 61 account after he deleveled it to 35 by PK'ing  . I'm not sure I want to devote time to this account as his masteries are at 59. I was wondering how hard would it be to level him back up to 6X and what level mobs would be best to grind at seeing that he's level 35 with 59 masteries? Should I devote time to this account or just pass on it? BTW it is a 2:1 str hybrid and most of my chars have been ints.

2:1 str hybrid is not worth the effort.

I'm not sure, but you could still go for a str-heavy spear nuker. Kills in PvP, but not so great for fighting monsters.
