Yea it's the AoE bind skill that's in cleric. 76 I'm guessing not sure, since the bard one is 76. Wiz, Bard, Cleric have that skill. Warlock might too but not to sure since they got sleep and stuff.

It's really only useful to use when running away or saving a group member from people chasing them. It cancels the second the person gets hit so not great when people are on the target you bind.

Chinese players could have been smart and run away during his bless spell >.> Won't kill a euro with that on.

That is a cleric skill the name is ''Heaven Flash'' i think..

He was using 100% speed pots, chinese can't run away even if they have garments and 90% speed. Especially when he can KD and shoot further.


OT: The skill is called heaven flash, She used heaven glare (aoe) then heaven flash if it didn't work. It is a cleric skill that binds opponents for 10 sec.

no way to kill any 1 wif bless spell on...20k crit wif crossbow and nonstop crits wif dagger O.O

Chinese can at least try to run away wif ghost walk out of his range 1st and come back 45 sec later? but still will get bind and shoot by xbow

very fast fingers the guy has...switching in between weapons, using diff skills, den buff DE, EX...v good pvp technique and sense

PS: i think Chinese shld get holyword (or the debuff) so it can disable restriction status (including bind)?
