I wonder if anyone can help me get to Samarkand on Mercury.
I'm a level 23 wizard, and i need a new saff soon, so i want to get one in advance. Also, some large MP pots.

If you're above 20 then you can't teleport.

You can... but you can't if you got job equipped/delivery quest...
