is there a quest needed before you can get this one?

mmosite says this

Get the quest from Donwhang South Gate Guard BAEKSONG (3555,1950)

Step1: Talk to Jangan Islam merchant ISHYAK (6503,1017)
Step2: Talk to Hotan Stable merchant SALIHAP (153,5)
Step3: Return to BAEKSONG

PS:He only gives 5 players quest one day

my friend cant get it been trying the last 2 hours

I think only 5 player can pick it up each day. not sure never did it.

I'd skip that quest. It's not even a requirement for any other quests.

The reward's kinda good though.

Oh lucky me I took that quest, but it's annoyin to go from DW to JG, then to HT and then DW again, riding a horse.

Ride from DW to JG, then put on a cape, and die (if you have premium). Then restart and when you are back, hopefully your save point is at Hotan so you will just appear there.

If you don't have prem don't do this in peak hours.
