If you were observant, you would realized that they do not change news until usually during weekly inspections.
So much for your observant glitch theory.
And if you perhaps were talking about the when you switch through the numbers and it's a different piece of news in between the 2, then I am sure you are just blind considering I checked before I posted. Unlike what you have done.

what exactly did you check to see if it did that. and if its been posted before how would i know i havn't been on srf in over a month, but i do rember seeing that news way back when, but the fact is its ghost remains in the flash animation

its not supposed to f-ing flash an old news as it transfers between the numbers, if it is then its the one the dumbest transfer effects i've ever seen

It's not about being right or wrong. You are subject to your own opinion, but it is not a glitch.
It is just Joymax changing things.
