Being higher lvl affects quest drops?

Well I was so caught up in training that I forgot to do my inventory expansion quest. Now I'm lvl 21 and i can't seem to get any drops :\ Does my lvl have anything to do with this?

lol, maybe, but you kill those mangyangs or movois soo fast, so just grind 5 minuts longer XD

u only need like 10 or 15

lols i did ares spear quest (mobs lvl 13) while i was lvl 18... i must've killed 500 of those brontes already.. and i still haven't got it

Item drops are influenced by level pretty sure about it.

get someone of the same level as the mob to do item share with you. you'll get them faster.

i did the inventory expansion quest at lvl 38 lol , bcuz i was getting powerlvld all the way

i ahd same problem as ur with inventory expansion, u r euro right? u r killing wrong mobs, there are movois and movias , i think u have to kill movois try to look for them they drop it , i did it at 60+.
