When going to joymax.com/portal you could change pw etc without the secret question...

I like the email validation too, helps keep the account secure even if the password was breached. You might loose your items should someone gain access, but you wont loose your account. The only downside is if you havent validated an email, then the hacker can validate one and will forever have access to your account :/.

How do i change my password without having to answer my secret question? Everytime i try, it keeps asking for the secret answer My old char got hacked, and i forgot the secret answer so i cant change the password....

i heard there is a new bug
when you validated an email someone can still change by only login in silkroadonline.net and change email there then go to joymax.com and he will automatically get email to the one from silkroadonline.net

have to try this out if its true then this is a huge mistake

i don't understand, but i still need to answer my secret question whenever i need to change my pw.
