Quest related? Which quest? Try checking here. If you have to kill mobs, make sure its the correct type (like quest mobs and/or mob level). Sometimes it just takes a while to get the quest drop :/

you have to go all the way up the beach if you mean that quest from about lvl 20. you can find the hungry megalopes at the utter most highest point of the beach.
