Now after this announcment Server cap = 3000.

Now tell me how server traffic will get worse ?

I cannot understand why they would increase the ip account creation limit. I dont think it would increase traffic, but it just seems trivial with everything else thats going on at the moment.

Cyber Cafes or Ip generalization to a large area? When I lived in the dorms, we had 5 guys on the floor with accounts. We managed to pull another in, but he had to go across campus to make an account because of the account cap.

i think he is making a suggestion that the gold bot ratio will increase, hence more constantly connected players.

Well, sweat shops? Show me one of their gold farmers being a human... this is not WoW or another p2p MMO where that term would apply (imo).

This change also only affects people with static IPs, I for one never had problems with making accounts ... and so all people with dynamic IPs shouldn't have had any.
