 Post subject: Why cant SRO have summon skill

If any of those who plays Final Fantasy VII(the best final fantasy ever), you know what I mean. Make this move as the last survival skill to use like when you about to die in zerk. You can only get this skill after collecting a certain amount of zerk ball. So that way it's more rare to harder to gain. For example, give zerk balls give you the zerk move. 30 zerks ball give you that summon move. You can summon monsters from outer space like Bahamut or the 13 knights and kill anybody in that proximity.

Oh yea sun user cannot get this skill. That be awesome. :D

Because zerk just isn't powerful enough as it is... :roll:

Yes, the Arabians will be summoners but it is still unknown how this will manifest itself. Their summons could either act as powerful magic (Final Fantasy style) or as pets.

Imagine seeing someone summon a monster and you program view that cinematic effect of the monster coming out and you sitting there, damm I'm gonna get powned. lol

It's not even that but the coolness special effect factor. lol Where the whole sky change color and the whole environment changes temporarily during summon.

Cinematics might be implemented for future quests. There are several files to suggest this.

lol, say sro uses that 30 zerk orb thingy to get a summon. if the whole server teams up to get it and then all summon at the same time like the monster summon scroll. we might be able to destroy the servers :twisted:

The game isnt made by Square Enix ... There would be chochobos instead
kokorus :) no summoning :)

still, some summoning skills for the other races even if not their focus would be cool, a chinese can make a good support unit and team play, not as good as euro and its not their focus but a few summons would be sweet for the other races. But its not going to happen, my best bet is that they'll be like pets while they are out, but they just have power based off the caster, man they need to add this soon, i'm semi hyped about a summing class,

As far as I know from some early concept art I've seen, the Islamic race will have summons that are distinct to their build, I have seen a artwork of a Scimitar dude, that had beside him a Scimitar and Shield monster, this of course is very early conceptual art, and it could be completely different.

First off FFVII owns FFVIII anyone who thinks otherwise should wonder why there are no FFVIII movies then cry themselves to sleep after realizing they fail. Second off...why would we want to make our MMO like final fantasy? You don't think its bad enough that the day a server is created the names Cloud and Sepiroth are taken by people who cant get past level 15? Lets face it occassionaly something new is good and in this case, with FFVII being as old as it is...you could use some good in your life.

and a new version is coming on PsP .... (tho Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII is worse FF there is ....)

this is silkroad not ff but they can always make a summoner class or fix this for lvl 90 or 100 for warlocks

uh.. as far as i know from the interviews with joymax.. islamic race summons genies (ya those thigns from the lamp that grants u 3 wishes :D ). They will attack with u, like the archer black and lightning hawks.. except stronger course XD

Press 'A' while you're on your char. In that little interface window theres a section that says 'Control created monster' and 'Control summoned monster', with unassigned 8 slots each. My guess is, I dont know what differentiates the two, but there must be different monsters with different commands that you could execute :).

Summon is a bit straight forward, but whats with created?
