Article 1 (Immunity from Responsibility and Compensation for Damage)

7. Company has no responsibility to mediate conflicts that arise between users or between the user and a 3rd party or to compensate for any damages caused by such conflict.

8. Company shall not be liable to compensate for damages caused by the free service (standard service) it offers.


for the ppl wanting a law suit, good luck. altho ther is parts in the TOU that say thay have to protect ppls id , it also ways that is upto the user to do the same. :?: :?:

yeah. that chapter doesnt actually prevent someone filing a suit for loss of money (via silk) due to hacking.

the only section of that which may apply would be:
Company shall not be liable to compensate for damages caused by the free service (standard service) it offers.

This can be read as applying to the free service, ie account which have not purchased silk. Accounts that have bought silk are no longer using the standard service and thus their losses should be able to be compensated. (unless there is another rule/regulation/article that wasnt pasted that would apply)
