Can anybody explain me how the charge back works? I can try some stuff out myself, but i don't wanna mess it up and loose the chance of charge back

i got friggin hacked and i want my silk money back. I dont care if there comes a Roll back (i dont think so), but i lost my faith in joymax.

Basically you call your credit card company and tell them you didnt get the services you paid for. They will do a chargeback and joymax will ban the account.

Does anyone know what kind of a time limit their is for chargeback?
can it be only your current credit card statement? Or farther back?
