what would happen if i charged back the gold companies?

since they aren't through JM, account would be fine probably

just wondering if enough people did it, would it shut them down for a while

i dont buy gold but if it will stop them for a bit, i might since i'd get money back lol

they cant prove account they gave gold to is one from ip...

they dont get in game ip unelss they are hacking

plus i can use proxy when buying too

You could do this probably, but you would only get a small amount of gold. Gold companies arent gonna go and sell 500 mil to a new user, someone who they dont know. They would probably sell small amounts, like 50 mil, until they can trust that the user is not gonna scam them. So in the end, its gonna involve you paying them.

they have a screenshot of there gold going down and transfer with your name in sight so they can
+ it only spam more goldbots

Just cause you know doesnt mean you use it. Lots of people just hear about this stuff from friends who do buy it.

Joymax would not ban you for that...seriously...they don't ban anyone...

That would be my least of my worries, getting banned by Joymax, but yes you can be banned by Joymax (if they actually did their job) for buying in game gold.

The chargeback would work...and the gold company can not sue you for that since what they are doing is illegal. If they took you in court, that would hurt them 1000x more than it would hurt you, they would most likely lose their company and have to pay a HUGE fine.

If this is going to be done, use a proxy and create a new account to buy the gold with and transfer that gold from your new account to your character.

first, gold companies are not illegal. buying gold is ILLEGAL.

second, these gold companies, are huge, they are verified paypal users, with premium paypal accounts. they have over 9000+ transactions, while you have 9. If you were to charge back i wouldn't be surprised if they file a claim with you on paypal. They will provide screenshots, etc (how can you prove that they didn't deliver the gold to you?) they have numerous successful transactions, who do you think paypal. or your bank will believe?

I know, that they were suing a gold spammer, and gold selling is ILLEGAL. I have been reading the TOS Ago few days, and everything belongs to JOYMAX,not YOU. If you sell something, that belongs to JOYMAX, you can get SUED. But its not worth the money/time

because the gold is not their's to sell since it doesnt belong to them, it is joymax's

just let them try to sue :/ it wont work, im getting sued for what exactly? some pictures that I can photoshop, or paypal not believing me? they dont care, i can chargeback and if gold company wants gold back they have to go through joymax meaning they wont get it back

Silver, the gold companies would never come after you to sue you over what? $25 of gold. Not to mention what they are doing is most probably illegal by Joymax standards - botting for gold. So they could get pwnt there to if they went into court.

It is interesting though... I wouldn't have a clue what protective measure they have, but most probably they do have something. They wouldn't be so stupid as to have no protection.

I think they would probably make sure they recieve the money and confirm it... then hand out the gold.
