let me rephrase my question, i want to know what skills i need to MAX for the wizard AND the cleric side =P thank you

well for wiz max nearly all except maybe the bind ones since people harly use that and for cleric you can take all if you want if you wanna swap chars every now and then but you would be fine just getting a ress spell, bless, division, cycle and some buffs or so.

in wizard get everything exect i think the lvl 60 earth and lightning skills are pointless and arent as effective as the regular earth and lightning skills, example is lvl 60 new earth skill is 325% and the original one is 390%, why waste sp on a less powerful skill that still makes your other earth skill cool down.
