Most will probably have it when their farmed...

But pointless to take it while lvling. I suggest u don't take it.

Some bladers that were bored and good lots of sp, and lvl up that skill for fun.

Some bladers that accidentally lvl up that skill, regreting because it's useless for them.

Some blader without previous experience on building a blader

Not me, although I have a level in the first 3 books of fire nukes but those are just for fun.
