Yeah, hes deleting that file and at the same time 50% of server players, so traffic is low, and there is no lag. If you ask me, i think it's BS

considering its telling us to cut then delete it...
its same as just deleting straight from prefect folder...

so i doubt he knows what he is talking about
plus prefect doesnt do much with lag problems since it works like a program temp cache (like internet one)

Quick google search, and what do you know! The guy is actually right. Except if you are going to be playing SRO don't delete the SRO client file since you will load that anyway.

Anything in that folder is basically preloaded programs that windows thinks you might need so deleting it won't really do anything besides help you. Freeing up memory might not help with the server lag but it sure helps your PC. I did it, it's a nice tip.
