can you get banned even thought you got silk?
e.g.
you edited your pk2 file and told the GM you edited it.... do you get ban? but you got silk?...
or any of the many ppl lies like ppl botting?... can they get banned?... if yes why are there still may ppl botting?

If gm bans someone it doesn't matter whether you buy silk or not. If you provide joymax with proof that you broke the tos and they decide they want to ban you, then whether or not you buy silk wont matter.

If you buy silk, they won't ban you (ever)
If you don't buy silk, they will ban you (if breaking TOS)

GM's ban regardless of your silk purchase history if you break the tos. Having said that, GM's dont ban nearly enough, and there are stories that you might have heard from a friend of a friend who broke the rules and got all her/his accounts banned except on the ones where s/he purchased silk on (further reinforcing this myth). But remember that players who bought silk and got banned for breaking tos, probably did a chargeback right after, so they dont really talk much about their accounts.
Dont worry if you dont break the tos. Likewise, if you purchase silk, dont think you're immune to being banned .

nah, got silk, dont got silk, famous, not famous, guild leader, no guild, guy, girl, or wtvr. You may be banned. (remember, i use the word may, since they don't ban enough)

I was doing some research on some botting forums, and it looks like getting banned with silk is very possible. There are many first hand accounts to this on there forums. The best way to not get banned for botting is to use a pay bot. There is still a chance of getting banned but it is reduced drastically. It is possible that it is impossible to get banned when using a pay bot, and the people who got banned were using cracked versions of the pay bot.
