if u register a paypal account do u need to use a credit card to buy stuff? i really want to buy silk but not use a credit card

yea but ive seen some people just say that people can send money to ur paypal account and u can use that money

Yes.

As fireforx6 and MrBow mentioned above, if you have money in your paypal account, say from a bank account transfer or payment from another paypal account, then you can use that money provided that the transfer which takes a few days is confirmed (and you can view the amount in your paypal balance).
