Just got to ask - do you play in fullscreen or windowed mode? I often find myself playing in windowed mode just because that way I can surf on the net (if I have stall up and trying to sell stuff), chat with friends on msn and watch tv from other window at the same time. Windowed mode is also reason why I end up dead in game sometimes because I was paying attention to wrong window 
Edit: to change to windowed mode press Alt + Alt Gr + Enter

fullscreen and Alt + Tab
window mode only gives my family the impression they are able to touch the computer.

it doesnt works for me. i would prefer windowed mode but cant swich to it

alt from left side from space button and "Alt Gr" button from right side of the space button. At least that's where they are located on my microsoft keyboard.

might want to use the windows key if you can... i've zerked so many times in town its not even funny anymore.

i tried it in windowed mode this morning (didn't know it was possible till then).
i think i like it better full-screen. also, on my keyboard, it's Alt+(windows Start key)+Enter.

the suicidegirl for the alternate keys but i still don't know
i thikn window would work cause it would be easier thaen pushing the windows start key everytimee i wanna read this forum

I like Full myself, I alt tab to bring an IM window to the front. Doing that, the game still moves, in window mode, it freezes until I go back into the game itself.

I just press my middle mouse button and it instantly brings to any other programs that are open and running on my comp (Windows media player, msn or Silkroadforums.com !)

this post is very old and infact the oldest i can find.. after reading that post about moving to venice witch is a year old post, i was wondering what would be your comments after reading this one?
