do only the event monsters drop the stuff, like socks, wings etc

they dont spawn 24/7 its only in 4 hour intervals twice a day.

Title: If it Snows on Christmas
Period: 20:00~24:00, 1:00~5:00 every day from 12/18/2007 to 1/8/2008 Silkroad Standard Time

i killed like 3 of them and they dropped nothing, any ideas

well when we had the jewelery boxes, they didnt drop from every monster. I think what they did was they made these new mobs, but still appyled the same randomness, so now you have less event mobs so you have less sock drops.
